1. General Information

This sanctuary and all offerings are operated by Myra Essence, based in Spain. Our essences, blends, and content are created for ritual, self-reflection, and personal well-being. All our essences, artistry and designs are directed and created by Noa Sophia Dold.

The products offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Myra Essence does not claim to diagnose or treat any physical or mental health conditions. If you are navigating health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Our essences and rituals are tools for self-reflection. They do not offer guaranteed results. You remain the sovereign authority of your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

2. Offerings & intentional accuracy

· Artisanal Nature: As our essences are handcrafted from natural botanicals and crystals, slight variations in scent, color, or sediment may occur between batches. These are not defects, but a testament to the living nature of the ingredients.

· Visual Presence: We strive to capture the true textures of our essences. However, due to the nuances of digital screens, we cannot guarantee your monitor will perfectly reflect the physical product.

· Evolution: To honor the natural flow of botanical spirits, we reserve the right to evolve pricing or retire specific blends at any time.

· Human Error: In the rare event of a typographical error regarding pricing, we reserve the right to cancel orders and will reach out to you personally to find a harmonious resolution.

3. Energy Exchange (Payment & Taxes)

To secure your purchase, we accept Visa, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

· Pricing: All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable.

· Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders to protect the integrity of our work.

4. Shipping & Ritual Preparation

· Processing: To honor the ritual of creation, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and energetically aligned before shipping.

· Risk of Loss: Once your order is handed over to the courier, the physical title and risk of loss pass to you. While we are not legally liable for items lost in transit, we value our connection with you. If a shipment is lost, please contact us so we can explore a supportive solution together.

5. Returns & The Right of Withdrawal

· Policy: In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. Please note: Because our essences are cosmetic/ritual products, the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the energetic seal or packaging is broken for health and hygiene reasons.

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, sacred geometric designs, product formulas, and specific branding imagery on this website are the soulful property of Myra Essence. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this original content without express written consent.
